How to Submit Your Documents

• Use the Secure Link: Upload all documents through our secure submission link.
• Add Your Info: Make sure your name and GWid are on every document.
• No Duplicates: Please don’t send the same document twice—it can slow down processing.
• Processing Time: It usually takes 3–7 business days to catalog your documents.
• Check Your Status: You can track your submission in GWeb under Financial Aid Requirements.

We send aid offers after the priority deadlines and once we have all your required materials.

Priority Deadlines: First-Year Students: March 1; Continuing Students: May 1
